Car was exactly what I requested. Clean.Cons:
There is no drop box for keys at this location. You must puck up and drop off between 8 and 5. This was not handy at all. We had to be there before 8 the next morning to hand off the keys. I also wasn't expecting the $300 deposit I was charged on top of my $288 rate.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Car was not ready. They tried to charge for things in a very shifty way. They did not disclose information that was important to the rental. They were emphatic that there was to be no smoking of any kind in the car and gave us a car that reeked of smoke - and then said that it was the cleaner they used to sanitize due to COVID. RIGHT!!! They charged us (prepaid) for a full tank of gas upon return, said we had a full tank of gas when they gave us the keys, but the car was only half full. When we pointed all these things out, they became defensive, dismissive and resorted to lies.2.0 Poor

My reservation was cancelled by enterprise and I was not notified. Very frustrating and ended up having to Uber 85 miles to my destination. There were no other rental options in the entire city8.0 Very good

Verification of drop off. The key had to be left in a drop box, which is handy. But there’s no way to verify what time or by whom the keys were dropped off. To clear me of any liability of the car sitting in the lot while the store is unattended, it would be helpful to have some sort of verification process, an attendant would be nice but not necessary. Maybe a phone call or video conference might work.5.6 Fair

Cons:
When we picked up the car we did a walk around but missed the broken taillight. We asked if someone needed to check off we did that and they said no. When we got in the car and was several several miles down the road we turned on the air conditioner and it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. The day before we turned in the car my husband was filling up the car and noticed that one of the tires had cord showing. We returned the car and they took a little bit off the balance but they never said sorry or even addressed the fact what happened.8.0 Very good

I called to see if I could pick up my SUV rental early and the staff said nothing would be available for early pick up and that I would not have a rental at all. I called national customer service who assured me I would have an SUV that met my needs. When I arrived, they said nothing was available and seemed clueless on whether I could get an SUV at the airport. I had to go to the lot myself and find a KIA Sorrento that had just been returned to get my rental in advance of my trip. Energy level of staff low.Cons:
Problem solving skills. I wondered if I could go to the airport and get a rental if they didn't have one and they seemed clueless on that. Fortunately a return came in and saved the day. I don't know if I will rent from this location again.
