Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't beat the price and the location is good. Easy and quick access to beaches and shopping. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Pool was nice and clean.
Cons:Included breakfast was adequate at best.

Pros:In general the staff was responsive. Although the stay started on a negative note, the staff did well with damage control and the rest of the stay was great.The 2 bedroom suite was very comfortable and accommodating. The pool was also great. Would have liked to have stayed there longer.
Cons:The 2 bedroom suite was not ready when we arrived at 4 even though check in was at 3 PM. The clerk at that time wasn't very responsive and just made excuses.They hadn't even started cleaning the room. ( and it was a mess) However he did give us $40 off the room rate when we asked for an adjustment. However the person that cleaned the room did absolutely fantastic and thorough job and the rest of the stay was great.

Pros:The only positive going for this hotel was its location to the beaches and to Rt 41.
Cons:The hotel rooms were filthy, visible dust on valances and on floors, old furniture, curled up corner carpet to trip on, air conditioner did not work properly so we had to have a free standing conditioner brought into the room. Had reserved a king suite but was given a two queen bed suite which was not good for us as we were three adults needing separate beds. A very uncomfortable roll away was brought in. Hotel blamed the mistake on Kayak. Definitely not worth the high price we paid. It's a motel and should have low motel pricing.
