Quiet street. Good for riding bikes. Close to beach. Wash/dryer (need soap/coins). Room good size, high ceiling. Full kitchen (microwave and oven don't work well, need to scrub the floor). Patio with chairs outside (wash them before sitting).
No shampoo, no housekeeper. The whole room is filth. Windows have tick dust, also under and behind furniture. Old appliances. Bed umconfortable, U shape. Sticky sofa, had to put a sheet on top of it.It's not a inn. There are some buildings and they rent rooms. There isn't office. Call to contact anyone.
Location - walking to beach very easy, walking to downtown Sarasota very easy.
The bedspread and shower curtain were dirty.
EverythingThis has to be one of the strangest places I have ever stayed in my 66 years it was old shabby not really clean the sheets were clean but well worn squeaky fans dirty windows poor door locks in the middle of the night I woke up to a heavy gas smell and had to open all windows to let the gas out there was an electric stove so I had no idea where the gas came from. When I opened the stove it was absolutely filthy. The fan squeeked so bad it kept me up the rest of the night. I also was afraid really to go back to sleep. Also the location /room I stayed was not even on the site listed on the ad for Priceline. It simply was an awful experience. And they charged me xxx for the night. Never again
Not a big room, but it was clean and had a bed!!
Very clean when we arrived, stayed 4 nights and never seen housekeeping! Had to go to a closet to get towels outside. Never showed up to clean room or even check on us!Price was right, but no extras! Should have had someone to at least bring towels. Maybe if we stayed the fifth night we would have seen someone! No one on sight, you had to call a phone number for info.
Did not know this is not a real hotel, but an apartment building. No public space. Staff is only there between 9-3 (but answers e-mail after hours).
could not monitor the air from our room. The thermostat was in the next person's room.I would stay again. I loved the location to everything.
The location was very good and the room was nicer than I expected. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the beach and St Armand's Circle which has some nice shops and good restaurants.
