Pros (+) Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The building had an old stink to it. First floor - not too bad but the room floors stinky. Pool area overwhelmingly chlorinated- no one ever in the pool while we were there. Poor maintenance of the pool area and patio. No room service for changing linens. Unaware if this was a Covid item or not- no one said while we checked in or when We asked daily for towels.

Cons (-) They did not have our booking confirmation, our room was booked and PAID FOR over $200 and supposed to be a king suite room, general manager saw my confirmation and ended up complimenting a room but at the end of our stay the invoice shows the two night room to be $143 not the 200+ I paid for and was not the suite room I paid for to have space with both my wife and child.
