Red Roof was fine -- clean, attractive etc, The driveway is hazardous leaving or entering Rte 1 and not well marked, especially after dark and during rush hour. Bushes need to be trimmed back.
When I needed to extend my stay, the rate nearly double!!!!
The exterior and lobby were much improved from our last visit two years ago.
Taxi service to airport was advertised as costing $25. Our request was "lost", arrived 45 minutes late, and cost $41. Our return taxi cost $31.

Sleep disrupted several times by loud, drunk neighbors. Tub did not drain well while showering. Deadbolt on door broken.
Staff was unfriendly. Room upkeep was subpar. New towels weren't provided. Only one bar of soap was provided. Longer commute than expected to downtown and airport.
It was a convenient location between stops on our journey. The facility was simple but effective for our overnight needs.
The hotel was relatively easy to find among the neon jungle on the I-95 eight miles north of Boston. It is therefore convenient if you arrive late at Logan after a transatlantic flight and just need somewhere to sleep before heading North into New England. It's just a basic place to stay with no frills.
There was no breakfast facility and our room smelt fusty because we could not open the window and were reliant on a noisy air conditioner.

I liked that it had a refrig./freezer and micro. in the room. Wasn't expecting that. In general, for the price, everything was resonable.
Very clean, free wireless, free tea and coffee machine, rooms are well furnished, gave us a free upgrade to a kingsize room.
No breakfast facilities but there are a wide choice of restaraunts and diners within walking distance.

Efficient and friendly staff. They were very helpful because we stayed there only for 1 night and they already had prepared directions for us to go to the TD Banknorth Garden. Beds and pillows were great.
