I did not like that there was no WiFi phone signal or anything in my room I had to go outside the whole time. The customer service was awful.
Free breakfast, free internet, free parking. Front desk people were very courteous
Room was older, had to walk past smelly dumpster to get to room, shower curtain had stains
The grounds were beautiful (clean, palm trees, well-kept grass, etc.). The rooms were pretty clean. The staff was helpful (even provided a roll-out bed quickly).
No small refrigerator or microwaveRoom keys did not work the next day (the staff quickly reset them, but that could've been a problem if we were coming in late night)
The bed was of poor quality
Location, access, price
The room was small, looked old, a/c leaked water, no fridge, microwave and iron box in all rooms.
Not very clean or updated! Horribly uncomfortable beds with cheap and frayed linens!
The breakfast was good, wifi worked well.
Interstate was to close to room. Noise level high. Door was messed up, wouldn't close proper.
How close it was to the highway
Clean room, professional front desk personnel, easy access to the freeway.
Nothing to dislike.
Slow drainage in the shower
location and staff breakfeast toorooms clean
Tv small for football!!!!difficult to have the good temperature in the room.
Gap at bottom of door mold in bathroom Filty carpet
Great Hotel for the price..clean, no frills. You get exactly what you pay for.
Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere.
a few minor issues with lighting in the bathroom and the water pressure and temp kept going in and out in the shower. Not a huge deal though.
Price is reasonable for this area/interstate exit along I-95. Location is extremely convenient, with access to almost everything within 30 minutes, and reasonable distance from midtown and downtown.
Hotel allows pets, which is completely fine by me. Bed is clean, sheets are clean. However, carpet has fleas. I am still recovering from 11-15 flee bites all over my legs. Staff seemed completely indifferent to this as I was checking out.
It was close to the Interstate and Malls
Our room smelled mold. There was no microwave or refrig in the room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Rooms were very clean. Price was acceptable.
Breakfast items not well stocked. Ran out of bagels.
Did not ask for a smoking room and staff would not change us to nonsmoking.
The Staff was wonderful making accommodations to meet our needs.
No no at all. The rooms were clean, staff was kind and very helpful
Outdated construction and features
Close off the road, but it is not Sanannah. It is the 'Gateway' to Savanannah, which interpreted means about 10 -15 miles away.
Needed more staff to register people. I went to the front counter 3 times and everytime the person was on the phone to someone.
Location was great and service was pleasant.
Only thing is that I was not prepared for the extra $25 dollar temporary hold on the credit card.
room 's big. breakfast 's good. safe place to stay
I can not honestly say I liked anything about this hotel.
First off there was no hot water in my room, I took an ice cold shower. Second, my door did not securely close. The staff was very rude, the bed was very springy and if there is two people in it good luck not falling out of your bed.
The location is convenient to Savannah, Hunter Army Airfield, and Ft. Stewart. The onsite Denny's restaurant is also a big plus.
The rooms that face the highway can be quite noisy due to sounds from the traffic.
Breakfast was ok
Beds were comfortable. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was pretty good.
the closeness to the Hwy 95
my door key didn't work, the maintenance person was suppose to change the lock because they knew it didn't work the day before, therefore, I had to leave before he finished so I had to get someone to open my door for my that night.
Ok we shopped for a great price outside of historical Savannah. This was near the malls, restaurants etc so that was good. The room was clean and nice but the beds were too soft. The breakfast was average and kept stocked up nicely. I forgot to request not to be near the ice maker in the hallway as at 6 am someone decided to get some ice. Also we were on the Int 95 side of the building and the traffic was loud unless you had the AC or fan running.
Hotel had a shortage on compact refrigerators and microwaves. Overall the place offered a true value. The rooms were quiet. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was offered in the mornings. The location was convenient for other restaurants and access to the highway. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
We were very happy with our rooms. The beds were so very comfortable I didn't want to get up. I give the hotel and staff 5 thumbs up. Thank you.
For a budget hotel, it was pretty comfortable. The pool area was not as inviting as I imagined. Our room was clean, and didn't smell. We had a good night's sleep.
The room was kind of small, carpet little too old, pool needed painting or something, spa didn't work, Denny's attached looked nasty, so we walked across the street to the Shoney's, being remodeled and still great service, the room was very clean and no smells. The overall room was great itself! I also had to pay a $10 fee for an extra person staying. 3 adults and 2 kids.
