Great, friendly staff
Having a full in-room kitchen was wonderful. Free breakfast worked well for husband/baby. Great hotel!
The room could use a little bit of noise insulation. The free breakfast area could have used more tables/chairs. TV could be on a better stand - not possible to watch TV from the bed without moving furniture.
The location is excellent!
The room we had (a studio) has a strange arrangement (but, it was okay for one night). The microwave in our kitchen didn't work and the morning breakfast was really marginal.
Room was spacious and bed most comfortable. It even had a kitchen and bath.
Breakfast room needs to be much larger - too many people, stuffy and they ran out of things
I loved the area close to shopping restaurants and freeway.
No buffet breakfast like other Marriott hotels or even the other townplace suites in Phoenix which does have hot buffet breakfast.
Room had small kitchen that was well equipped. Free breakfast and internet. Free parking and pet-friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are a little out dated
The location was near hospital and restaurants.
I bid a decent price through Priceline and got this hotel but didn't realize I had no choice of room so endled up witt only one bed and sofa bed for three people.
Great location. Close to many shops and restaurants. Easy access to 101 fwy.
Actually two stays 4 and 2 days with a trip in between. Very easy to get to. Traffic was noisy in that area but the soundproofing was good. Good bed on the first stay. Swayback bed the second. Staff was excellent as was the continental+ breakfast. Pool was right next to the parking office area and in a very noisy area. It was the most expensive hotel I stayed at and and I would not rate it the highest of the ones stayed at. Problem is I can't judge against other lodgings in the area.
