This was a great hotel. My room was more than a hotel room and the facilities were very well taken care of. Staff was incredible. They have a very modern feel with outdoor fireplaces, hot tub and a grill. The room included a full kitchen. Best place ever!
Nothing was wrong with the hotel
the space was located close to the places we played
not the hotel it was priceline there was major issues with your customer servicehotel was good staff was polite not enough information on line to make a educated decision on the hotel. the one i asked for was not the one i wanted it wasn't until i spoke to the hotel and i was able to arrange for the people in my party. I cannot in good conscious recommend your service to anyone.
The pool area was nice
The area was horrible, the hotel was an old apartment that they tried to change over to a hotel. The building was built in the 1950's with no remodel. My rooms carpet was absolutely filthy and the room had a very bad smell. The hotel was horrible, dirty and smelly. One of the employees actually unlocked and entered into my room without knocking. The hotel is an old 1950's apartment complex in a bad part of town. in the middle of local community. Not where a hotel should be located.
The hotel is older, but clean. It does have a very nice pool area complete with 3 TV's, many places to lounge and a fire pit. Staff was shorthanded, but friendly and helpful.
They charged me an additional $15.00 a night resort fee. I thought that all fees were included in pricelines fee structure and was disappointed to find otherwise. Coffee was expensive and I had to park in an alley.Be prepared for extra resort fees of $15.00 per night in addition to the room fee. A regular cup of coffee--$3.50. There is a coffee pot in the room, but no cream available, you have to plan ahead The staff was very friendly, but short handed. This would not be my first choice for the price that I ended up paying. It is located in a neighborhood, parking in the alley.
The pool area was my favorite. The pool area was my favorite part of the resort. The set up is great, with plenty of room to relax. It has 3 tv's, a gas firepit, bbq. The cabana area's just adds to the laidback feeling. It would be great for family's, couples, and anyone just wanting to relax. The hotel staff was great. They were very helpful and always friendly. The girls at the front desk were great. The rooms are a bit dated but they are very clean so I didn't mind. The bed was great. It was only a golf cart ride away from the night life. I would stay there again on my next visit to Scottsdale.
The pool area is what sells this hotel! It is retro chic, has tons of shaded and non-shaded seating. The staff was very kind.Fun hotel that isn't just run of the mill. They still use actual keys for the rooms! The rooms are ok, but the pool area is really neat. The staff was sweet and generally helpful. They have a coffee kiosk/bar in their lobby that is not very good. Other than that, a fantastic experience!
The size of the suite and the pool area
The smell in the suite. Kinda of a musty basement smell or stale cigarette smell. They need to put air freshner's in the rooms.
Very boutique like....outside areas fantastic...pool great with plenty of lounge chairs. Large apt. with all necessities of home. Close to shopping and eating. Most comfortable bed ever.
no outlets in bathrooms was strange...Would stay here again if the price was right....very relaxing small boutique hotel. Pool area amazing with lots of seating areas, loungers, TV's. We fell into this in Priceline and would stay here again if we could get the price again.
Location, outside areas, very nicely done, and the staff were absolutely great. Highly recommend it.
The lack of pots, pans, silverware, cups...etcThis hotel was only lacking in the utensils, and cooking pots and pans; they were there but in very small quantities. Rooms are large, with separated kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and are decorated very nicely. Very European. Very very nice staff, lots of bikes, and e bikes, 24 hour per day service. Pool and surrounding area are simply the best. Light music plays all night long. Firepit/star gazing area and all the the interiors were extremely well landscaped. Separate romantic sofa area outside by the pool was very nicely done. Wifi was very good no dropped signals.
Excellent use of space. The atmosphere was very inviting and the hotel had a very comfortable 'at-home' feel.
No.Excellent space. I slept next to a peacock. Who can say that about the last hotel they stayed in.
