Cons:
Scheduled a pick up for 6 nothing says that they closed at 6. No phone call to see if we were coming or anything. Our flight was slightly delayed so we showed up at 6 10 and no car. Poor service10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The Kayak site said there was a shuttle from LGB airport to this Enterprise location. There wasn't. They wanted me to take a cab to the company whose tagline is, "We'll pick you up." Instead, I called them and they transferred my reservation to the Enterprise location at the LGB airport. They promised me the rate would be the same. Unfortunately, they then tripled the cost of my reservation. I walked 10 feet over to the Alamo counter and they gave me a car for my original rate. I'll never use Enterprise again.8.0 Very good

The service could not have been worse. We waited over an hour before we had someone finally pick up the phone and send an airport van. On our return flight, we turned our car in at the appointed 4:00 time to find a note on the desk that said “please place the keys in the Dropbox. We had expected to get a ride to the airport, but that was not to be. We walked 20 minutes or so to the airport and barely made our flight. The communication with your renters needs some work.3.6 Poor

Sat and waited for an hour at the airport and the shuttle never showed up. Called 3 times, never answered. Took a $10 Uber to the office, and two young unprofessional girls were there. “I was at lunch”. After we took the car and got to the hotel, they call us and told us they left keys in our car so they came and met us and switched us cars. What a joke. The replacement car was a crappy, smoke smelling Kia Soul, nothing like the commercial with the hamsters. I had never seen a rental car in such bad condition.2.0 Poor

The staff is untrained, unprofessional and many give you the attitude that they will probably steal your information. The prove of having insurance. In mist car rental agencies you just tell them the name is the insurance here you have to have a policy # and fill it out. Or they fir e you to buy insurance! Wtf!!! I’m getting the impression they are hiring the bottom feeders of tre employees with fishy background. All care more in their cell phone than try to help you to rent and leave the facility. I had a reservation d as Nd had to rebook at the car agency nearby. What a completely ware of time.2.8 Poor

They literally didn't have any cars available. Multiple people there had reservations but we were all told that they didn't have any cars and maybe someone would bring back a car, in which case we could get one. Had to cancel the reservation and get one from Enterprise instead, almost missed a wedding.10.0 Wonderful

Pick up and drop off very inconvenient, plus paid rental in advance, when I turned in car there was an extra 100. charge. Make sure you fully read the small print. I'm a hertz gold member and wa as really suprised hertz did this. Never seen it before. I will def look into other companies in future.2.0 Poor

I was told I couldn't pick up my reservation with my card it had to be the drivers card. I left without a car and had already paid for insurance. I am out of the $ put forth for the insurance and the plans I had were ruined because they required the car. Requirements should be listed during reservat6.8 Okay

If Budget offered a shuttle from the World Cruise terminal to the counter...what a win win! Budget counter is inside a hotel with renovations going on. Only a one woman show and she does her very best. Tried to see if drop off at a city location instead of PHX. Only Kayak could do that.7.2 Good

Had to take a taxi to another location which was $30 and then had to wait an hour for a car to be brought from the location we were at originally with an infant with us. Car had less than a half tank of gas and no one went over the condition of the car with us.10.0 Wonderful

The car I ordered was not available, The up grade was a Dodge pickup. When we turned it in the bill went from $113.20 to $184.89. We didn't use it so we only drove from Long beach to LAX. I did call Avis and they will give me a credit bringing the bill down to $118.26.2.8 Poor

Our reservation was for 9, however we were delayed by 50 minutes (not arriving until 9:50) getting off the ship due due a lost piece of luggage. Then we needed to wait in line for 15 + minutes. At the time of check in we were told they only hold the car for 30 minutes and our car was gone. We were required to upgrade at a cost of $15 more.2.0 Poor

The place was overbooked, and although Kayak indicated and confirmed that I had a rental car, and I got an Uber to the facility, there were no vehicles to be had, and I was abruptly notified jay there weren’t any coming in. There really needs to be some way of limiting rentals and preventing this issue (over booking). We had to walk to another agency with our luggage and pay more than intended...much more. But I got a car.Rent-4-Less
