Very speak and modern, rooms were great very clean during these Covid times I worry about bringing my young kids to hotels but to my surprise this place was great! I would suggest valet parking right in front of the bldg. as parking is horrendous other wise.

Pros:We loved the location and the view. It was a short walk in any direction to shopping, coffee and incredible restaurants. The waterfront was also within view. The room was extraordinary.
Cons:Our check in process was a real ordeal for some reason. I think it was due to new staff being trained, but it took nearly 10 minutes, with little explanation on what was going on.

Pros:Great location and very friendly staff. Room was very nice with a great bathroom. Bed was great and room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel.
Cons:A little hard to find hotel because the name is on the side not on 1st Ave. Just the bldg address number 1000. Parking price kind of steep. $40.00 plus tax and something came to about $46 a night for one car.

Pros:The location was great, in the heart of downtown. The room was absolutely amazing, with plenty of light, a gorgeous bathroom, and the whole thing was kept very clean. However, the shining star of this hotel was clearly the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to accommodate any needs you have. We stayed for our 10 year anniversary, and this was the best hotel experience we have had in those 10 years.
Cons:If I had to pick anything it would be that the room service food from BOKA was slightly overpriced. It was good though so I can't complain too much.

Pros:The entire staff was friendly and courteous and seemed to want our stay to be a pleasant experience, and it was! The room was clean, tastefully appointed and well laid out. The bath was great with a large soaking tub and a separate shower.
