Good location close to my route on I-65, good area for pets.
Front desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude informing me that when I arrived at approximately 4:30 AM that I had already been marked as a 'no show' and that she was doing me a favor by allowing me to have a room! And this after I had already paid in full!I cannot recommend this hotel unless they apologize for the way I was treated. In addition to what I mentioned earlier - there were workers mowing the lawn right outside my door at 8:30 AM. I would rather that Priceline no longer offer this hotel if this is the way they regularly treat their guests!
I've used Priceline for years and have probably had over 100 hotel stays and this was the worst hotel I've stayed. If this was my only Priceline experience this would have been my last.
The dirtiest and most run down room I've stayed in. Filthy bath room including mold on the walls, dirty sink and mirror, missing face plate on a wall socket. If I could have rated the room and cleanliness lower than a 1 out of 10 I would have.
