Car dirty on outside Car dirty on inside, grass on floor, smeared windshield, scratches on outside paint. Informed car rental person and with and attitude the said they had just cleaned it, and it was perfectly fine.2.0 Poor

Drop off was very difficult (Washington union station), there were no signs guiding you to the drop off point and if you are not familiar there that is quite difficult. After returning the car I got confronted with extreme extra costs for mileage and gas2.0 Poor
