Rooms appear to be recently renovated
Took 15 minutes for the front desk person to check me in. The hallways wreaked of smoke, I heard dogs barking, and the free breakfast was a joke. My friend stayed in a different room and found a blood stain on his sheets
Everything I needed in my room, great kitchen, free internet, good TV reception, wonderful shower, Fridge, microwave, stove, kitchenware, minimal breakfast, but great coffee, great employees
Had to walk all the way down a long hall to throw away my own trash, the last night I was there my key card did not work because the person checking me in did not record properly. This hotel is on a street where there are alot of other hotels. It is just a block from a large grocery store so you are able to get groceries. It is a safe location. The actual room was very clean, but my contract did not include daily cleaning (I could have paid extra for that) and I would say that it was adequate, but not fancy. However the hallway could have used some cleaning of itself, I had to walk all the way down a long hall to throw away my trash. I stayed for a week, and since I am used to reusing my sheets and towels at home, I didn't mind doing the same here. I could...
The hotel was newly renovated and was in a convenient location from highways.
More pet friendly than people friendly. A pet used the entryway as a restroom during rain, which was nauseating each time we entered or left. Pet owners continuously propped open the door to allow entry without keys. This was a safety issue. This hotel is newly renovated and clean, but still has some issues,i.e. the ceiling in the laundry leaks. The location is convenient from highways. I did not expect breakfast in this kind of hotel, so the 'grab & go' breakfast was nice-coffee, granola bars, oatmeal. We were there for a short stay and did not cook in our room, but keep in mind there are long-term clients who do cook, so the hall is filled with lots of food smells. Staff upon arrival was very nice. When we left and told the desk clerk that someone was propping open a side door to allow entry without a key, she seemed disinterested. The hotel is pet friendly, which isn...
Shortly after arriving; the desk called to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything; to call. There was coffee in the room for my wake up; kitchen area if I were hungry I could have made something to eat as well as plenty of pillows on the bed.
The only complaint that I can think of was a long walk from the elevator to the room; other than that we had a short but comfortable stay and will return; in fact my daughter are scheduled to stay there this weekend for a dog show. The Hotel was clean and inviting; I think a larger and more inviting area to serve breakfast would be better if it had a few tables and a wider variety of foods but other than that ; the rooms were clean and well stocked I don't think there could be more you could do to make it nicer.
Room clean.. staff welcoming
Not much public spaceHotel was adequate for short stay or longer if necessary... Clean easy access to highway.. Kitchenette handy.
It was clean and very comfortable
Nothing. Front desk attendant could have been a little bit more attentiveI love this hotel....concidering making it one of the top fews that I like to stay at.
I like that even though Priceline booked me at this hotel in a smoking room, they changed my room to a non-smoking room at check-in.
Snacks all came from vending machines.
NO POOL, I ONLY GOT THE ROOM TO GO SWIMMING AS I LIVE IN THE AREA &WHEN I CHOSE THE ROOM ONE OF THE AMENITIES I SELECTED WAS A POOL. The kitchen area and space of the room. The floors also looked nice and new.
I would have preferred more options at the mini breakfast bar. It was just breakfast bars, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and muffins
