The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The TV set quality is poor and the pictures were very fuzzy and undersized as a result. The complementary breakfast lacked anything made of protein... Too many carbs.
Nice appearance, clean, interior room entry which provides better security.
Charged extra for my pet; breakfast was minimal: bread, cereal, yogurt and waffles. This hotel lives up to it star level. It was decent looking and clean. I like the added security of rooms with interior entry. I got this hotel through the Express Deals, and I've had both good and bad experiences with hotels through Express Deals at the two star level. I would consider this one a success. HOWEVER, much like I absolutely hate unexpected resort fees, I was put out by the unexpected pet fee of 15 dollars per day. I was only staying one night it was not a big deal, but be aware if you are booking multiple nights, as this can get expensive.
Hot tub and a heated pool
Priceline screwed me over on price by almost $20 :( When I called them to confront them 2 days after the reservation, they said I called too late. BLACK MOLD in the fridge!Would not recommend staying there due to the health risk the hotel poses.
The location was nice.
Yes , the staff. The night clerk my husband had to wait 5 minutes so she would finish folding towels so we could check in. She was rude , no customer service what so ever!
all the small pillows on the bed.
hotel staff was not rude but not friendly. they did not greet you in the hallway or at breakfast. At no time was the hotel bissy so they did have time to make my family feel welcome to Show Low.I would give them a 1.5 due to they are at the end of town. We thought we had left Show low and was ready to turn around back in to town when we turn just at the entrance of the hotel. The staff did only what they had to, did not put them self out there to make you feel wanted. The pool are could use some attention, not a place I would want to hang out at. Breakfast could also use some attention. P.S. the tons of waffle mix should never be stored on the floor any where or behind the check in desk. Big health violation in Las Vegas.
The staff was very professional and helpful .
NoHotel was very clean and all the amenities you needed were available.
You people screwed us out of our room left or stuff in the check in area. shampoo all over everything. this was a prepaid room and my credit card was on file and all our stuff was there including my diabetic medication and computer. Never use them again.Never use you or anything your associated with. And priceline is right there to.
there was only one handicaped parking space a that was around the corner of where our room. My wife and I are both handicaped and my wife can't walk long distances. The hotel was very quiet. Which is good for me because I am a very lite sleeper.
The room was very clean and nice.
No ice available on our floor only on the first floor, breakfast on Sat. was very disappointing, only toast and cereal was left.It was a very clean and nice room a lot better then I expected. The room was a little small and the bathroom very small as well. For the price I would stay there again.
