I couldn't reach support. No live people. They messed up my booking and when I went to cancel it online they tried to charge me 400. So I had to call my credit card company to dispute. They someone called me from the company to confirm I was taking the car two days prior to the booking and was a complete dock saying it was my fault. Pros:Nothing at all after checking my reservation it stated that sixt will be closing at 3pm and we gave them a call to let them know that our flight will be getting in at 2:15 pm and once we got there we was told that someone else took the car that we reserved for weeks ago. This facility rather more money over customer service I will not be booking with this company ever again even if it's my last resort. I will take a lyfe or Uber first before stepping into this establishment againReviewed May 25 2021
