The pick up experience was a mess. They didn’t have the car I booked and then wanted to “upgrade” me to something that wasn’t going to work for what I needed the car for. Ultimately, it was resolved by the customer service rep, but it delayed my trip and caused much frustration.Reviewed May 15 2024

I was delivered car as per my selection only. car was well maintained and almost new. only problem was it was not completely clean from inside. car seats and mats were full of pet's hair. except that everything was very well.Reviewed Oct 4 2022

We had to wait 20 minutes for collection but we were a little early and they didn’t open until 7am. Overall collection was straight forward, nice new cars with very little damage. Handing the car back was a simple and straight forward process. Will use again in future.Reviewed Sep 13 2022

Pick-up is in a hotel. Shuttle bus takes you two floors down. Then you have to take an elevator up (with all luggage). Long wait (45 minutes). Elevator down to collect the car. Everything together roughly 90 minutes.Reviewed Sep 11 2022
