I was never given the car by sixt, they had a complete mess with their reservations. They told me my reservation was cancelled but I was never notified and still was deducted the fee. I need my refund.Reviewed Jul 4 2022

Pros:The staff was helpful but there was so many complications and hidden fees and my insurance purchased with Allianz as recommended by you guys wasn't valid. It took us 1hr+ to simply pick up the car...Cons:Honestly, if there are any hidden fees, please tell us beforehand, nobody likes these type of surprises.Reviewed Oct 7 2019
