The room was spacious
The hotel was very loud every movement by the room above was heard clearly.
Nice quiet atmosphere. Clean spacious room, great employees.
I liked that the hotel is relatively new.
I did not like the look of the air conditioning unit under the window and the bathrooms were small and seemingly in need of attention.
very clean hotel. Great service from staff and very friendly.
customer service was awesome
i was very please
The staff were nice, room was clean, & the hotel was in a quiet location.
I was there for 2 days and my room wasn't clean.I had to call and ask for towels. The refrigerator would not get cold and there was no microwave in the room. Oh, there was no continental breakfast. You had to purchase off the menu.
The location and quietness
Room is stinky
No continental breakfast
Staff and location.
He is stated as a 3 star and that it is not. It is 2 to 2 1/2.
Room was great, very spacious (King Suite). Location was great right off interstate, quick drive to New Orleans. Breakfast at Cafe was really good! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
PRICE AND LOCATION
BATHROOM WAS SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Common areas were nice. There was dining on the premises.
Bathroom counter space small. Did not seem to have fresh coffee in the morning. Computer was so slow.
Staff was friendly.
Restaurant ran out of pancake mix.
Air Conditioner was not working. We had to arrive late at 10:30 and we're tired from a long day and had to wait till almost midnight before staff could fix the air conditioner
The rooms and the friendly staff
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was next to the laundry room and sometimes people would congregate there and talk loudly.
It was clean!
I was very disappointed with the restaurant. The book in the room was not updated with restaurant hours. It was closed earlier than the book stated and the wait staff was extremely rude when we ate breakfast in the morning. We did complain to management.
This hotel was not clean! The door latch was broken and needed repair.
The location of the hotel made it easy access to everything I wanted to explore while there. Plus the staff assisted in my finding places to eat and visit and they were instrumental in helping me with information and maps and suggestions
the friendly restaurant staff
the heater didn't work, happened at another slidell hotel as well :(
I STAY AT THIS HOTEL SO GRANDDAUTHER CAN SWIM. THE HEATER WAS BROKE & THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT WAS BEING FIXED. ON MONDAY THE GIRL TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT GOING TO FIX. THEY LIED TO ME SHE WAS THE ONLY HONEST ONE THERE. LEFT EARLY & STAYED AT ANOTHER PLACE.
A Very dirty hotel. It's nothing like other Holiday Inn hotels we've stayed in before. I thought all Holiday Inn hotels had very high standards.
The staff was very friendly.
It was not very clean. It was one of those hotels where you feel like you really need to keep your shoes on at all times. It was also situated in an area where I would never have stayed had I not already paid for the room.
More on par with a 2-2.5 star hotel. Not a 3. Just ok. Would not stay again for anything close to that price.
The Breakfast hot bar
Yes, we had toilet problems that would not flush until several trys, and when our room was cleaned for the next day, the room actual wasn't cleaned, water from the ice buket wasn't removed, and trash liners was on the floor instead of trash can
Lobby area was nice. Bedroom area of room was nice.
Was disappointed with room overall. Not what I expect from 3 star. Bathroom was cramped and cheaply done. Not enough room to close door once your inside. Felt like Holiday inn purchased this building from another chain and tried to fix up. Not a 3* to me
everything. smelled like smoke when you walked in and in the hall ways to room. very old hotel. I ask for a bottom floor and we receive 2nd floor at the end of hall way. My mother has a bad back.
Helpful staff and free hot breakfast.
Room was so so, shower curtain garbage, and pizza box left in fridge from last guest.
I didn't like anything because I had reservations and they were sold out and couldn't accommodate me.
