Atmosphere very relaxed, rooms very warm. Rooms to front of hotel much better view, because we were on economy package our rooms overlooked the carpark. Hotel food excellent but a bit expensive, we ate in the local pub Mc Dermotts and the food was delicious and the presentation excellent.
I didnt like the fact that you had to pay for use of the thermal room €10per person, I thought that this should be included in your room as it is ony the steam room sauna and outdoor hot tub.
Cromleach Lodge was a real surprise and a great find. We will certainly return. The location is breath-taking and the breakfasts simply wonderful. There was always friendly staff willing to help and offer suggestions on things to do in the area.
On arrival greeted by friendly hotel staff and shown to your room. All facilities available to you are outlined by the staff member. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet exceptional and evening meal was second to none.
The friendliness of the staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Food was excellent. A little on the expensive side but very worth it.
Excelent. Staff were really kind and helpful.
The staff were extremely friendly. Beds and pilllows amazing. Everything very clean. Views of the lake are excellent and location incredibly peaceful. Nice to have a balcony. We were offered the use of the spa facilities for the whole day after checking out.
Beds in double room small for a hotel. Room service very very expensive and barfood finishes early considering there is no other option for eating nearby. Great location for peace and quiet and a walking or spa holiday etc. but it was a little too quiet for me come evening time-not a lot to do once spa was closed and it got dark.
Very Nice Hotel
We stayed in this hotel on one of the busiest weekends in the year during peak season and there was absolutely nothing to do or no entertainment provided.
The Spa area was really nice but the room had a big hole in the wall. The location was in nice countryside setting.
The breakfast was meant to have been bewtween 8-10 but I arrived at 830 and the staff had just started setting up. There was a big hole in the bedroom wall. The hotel stated that it was in Castlemartin but it was nearly 10 miles outside of this. Therefore this was very misleading as this added another 20 minutes onto the journey.
Staff were extremely helpful and actually went out of their way to fulfill requests-breakfast good-coffee excellent
I found it to be rather expensive..........even though it was of excellent standard
The staff, the room and the food
