ASKED LONG AHEAD OF TIME FOR AN SUV WITH AN AUTOMATIC LIFT GATE AND PROMISED TO ME ON THE PHONE AND THEN NOT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!! VERY VERY NASTY PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Budget

Did not like that I was told location was the Islip airport, to later find the location was 10 minutes from the airport and there was NO shuttle from the airport. Had to cancel the reservation and get a more "pricey" one from Budget location at the airport.8.8 Very good
