Location was perfect, great pool and hot tubs, rooms seemed recently updated very nice.
The public spaces weren't very inviting, was hoping for more of a 'lodgy' feel, and the halls seemed outdated compared to the rooms. Parking costs $30 for a week, but there is no cheaper option. They need a parking solution, I stayed for just 1 night and had to pay for a weeks worth of parking in the public lot across the street ($30). They should really figure out a better solution.
The staff was very friendly. Good restaurant!
We had to wait for our room about an hour and a half. They tried to give us a room next to a busy maid room and overlooking the front driveway. We didn't get to our room until 5:45 pm. We arrived at 4:30pm.Had the feeling we were not a high priority because of Priceline.
The food at the restaurant was great.
There was a resort fee not disclosed in my priceline reservation. I also thought breakfast was included, but it was not.Nice hotel, but there were some extra charges that weren't disclosed in my priceline reservation (resort fee, breakfast not included). That said, the hotel was very pleasant, although the room was pretty basic.
The location was excellent and convenient to everything we wanted.
It was beautifully maintained and felt very comfortable. The beds were amazing.I stayed at the Stonebridge Inn for a wedding. The lobby was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly and greeted me each time I walked through. They were helpful in telling us where to find different sites and places for local food/drink. The beds were ultra comfy and there were plenty of towels and amenities in our room. We didn't get to hang out at the hotel long enough because of the festivities for the wedding - but I wished I could have. I'll be visiting there again.
It was clean, beautiful. Very friendly staff, Didn't need air conditioning, so not having it wasn't an issue, there was a celing fan.
nothing, all was perfect!! Will stay there again.Great experience with the staff and room, would recommend this to everyone.
A four star hotel without the four star prices and attitude. Heated Poll and hotubs were oustanding. Extremely polite , friendly, and helpful staff. Excellent room serviceDefinetly the best place to stay at Snowmass. The hotel staff will pick you up at Aspen airport for free and poiltely answer all traveler questions. The hotel rooms and grounds are very clean and cheerful. The Stonebridge Inn is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in ( and I've stayed at hundreds of different hotels ). A fantastic place and a fantastic value!
The location in Snowmass Village is great - next to the ski area, the Mall, and a bus stop. This is a lovely hotel, with clean and remodeled rooms. The restaurant/lounge area looked very nice, although we did not stop there.
Location and cleanliness
0We loved the place. The room was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would go back!
