We were unable to rent the car due to the insurance requirements for a 12 passenger van. Should have been stated in the rental process that regular car insurance does not transfer to a 12 passenger van and only those with special insurance or license are allowed to rent this size car. Very disappointed to find this out 2 days before our event.10.0 Wonderful

Car was brand new with only 6000 miles. Ready when we arrived. Simple and easy. Staff was very pleasant when discussing this with them. No issues so far.Cons:
Waiting for my gas charge to be refunded. We filled the car up before dropping it off. I called to make sure I was not being charged. I was charged and am now waiting to receive the gas credit. I am sure it will be taken care of.5.2 Fair

The rental agents at the West Springfield office were great and provided incredible service.Cons:
