Hotel was very close to I-85, easy on/off for traveling. Requested non-smoking room, but it smelled smoky. Hotel Employee who checked us in, very quickly & pleasantly exchanged rooms! She was the BEST!!! Even spent time with us in evening!!!
The best thing I liked about this room was the price! I simply wanted a place to sleep and shower. This worked for me.
The room could have used a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, it was appropriate for for the price.
Location was ok, close to food places and shopping.
Room had an odor, outdated furniture and not clean. Bathroom had bugs in light fixtures and stains on toilet seat. Microwave had cracks in it with what appeared to be rust in the cracks. Room carpet was just nasty.
This motel is a strange combination of quality with some low-class features. The good: Very accommodating, friendly staff, first-rate breakfast (hot omelets, sausage, no nasty trans-fat whips, real butter, real milk, good variety), refurbished rooms.
Plain exterior, no indoor hallway, really bad, fuzzy Magnavox TV, tiny room and tiny shower, nasty looking dark bedcover (but nice white duvet underneath!). See what I mean by strange combination of good and bad quality.
Staff did nothing to fix several noise complaints
We asked for a first floor room because of my boyfriend's bad knees and were given a suite with an amazing jacuzzi tub in it!
We went down for the complimentary breakfast at 10:05 and the woman at the front desk informed us (after the fact) that she had already taken down stuff for breakfast and was already disassembling the waffle maker.
It was clean and the breakfast good for the money spent
Our room was suppose to have been a non smoker room and even though they told me it was one...There was a strong odor of cigarettes. That was really my lone concern...Can't stand the smell of tobacco...
Dead roach laying on the floor.
It was right off the I85.
The room smelled like cigarettes.
The location was to everything in the center of town.
There were ants in the room. The water pressure was not good at all.
simple for a one or two night minimal stay.
Parking area bordered on a shopping center, so not much green area.
Rooms open to outdoor walkway. Other guests standing at railing outside the room talking loudly.
