Pros:
The staff cancelled my reservation on the day of pickup with no notice, and I had to scramble at the last minute calling and emailing multiple sites to find a rental car that ended up being over $100 dollars more expensive than my original, pre-paid contract.Cons:
I also struggled to get a refund because I had prepaid and there was no refund option with my reservation contract.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car was really good with a few small problems. Drop off was super easy. No haggling or last minute attempts to up sell. The billing was correct, and the price was fair.Cons:
Pick up took longer than it should have. The cabin noise in the car was louder than my 15 year old 4WD truck. The rear tire had a slow leak that should have been addressed.6.4 Okay

Car was not cleaned throughly. I was given car with windshield cracks which I’m sure shouldn’t have been rented. Also tire pressure light was on with less than 15 miles of driving.4.4 Mediocre

We asked for a standard car. When we arrived at the Enterprise office, they said that they only had a truck which my wife could not get into because of the height (we are senior citizens). Finally, they gave us a compact which was very uncomfortable. In conclusion, we did not get the car requested.10.0 Wonderful

The problem was with Kayak not Avis. I made my flight reservations from Newark to Memphis using Kayak for an American Airlines flight. I then made a reservation to rent a car right after I made the airline reservation. Kayak found a deal for $70 was great. When I got to the airline rental counter in Memphis airport I was informed that my reservation was at an Avis 10 miles away but my return destination was the memphis airport. If I wanted a car at the airport it would be $360 for two days. I advised them I booked through Kayak and they said this happened all the time but they could not change the price. I did not accept the car or sign a contract yet Avis now has a pending charge on my credit card for $360. I have filed a complaint with Avis and they said it should clear in 24-48 hours, well it hasn't. I blame this on Kayak and I have serious reservations about using your service again.2.0 Poor

This location is only open 3 days a week and has 1 person working alone. Although he was able to do it all by himself, he needs help. The wait was long and no more cars were available by 10am. I had to go to a separate location to pick up a vehicle2.0 Poor

Absolutely nothing. This location ruined my vacation after telling me that they couldn’t rent convertibles from this location, even though I rented the car back in April (trip was September). Tried giving me a “deal” by not charging me extra for a “better” car.Cons:

They gave away my reservation and couldn't find a replacement until and hour later and when they finally did they wouldn't take any form of payment except credit card and turned us away after wasting all our time.
