Pros:Only positive thing I can say is the building looked nice from the outside. Location was convenient for my needs.
Cons:Hotel common areas and rooms are dirty, not we didn’t vacuum this week dirty but caked up grimes dirty even in my “newly renovated” room. Staff was less than welcoming and it was obvious management was using COVID-19 as an excuse to spend less on breakfast. Even with only serving stale coffee and one type of prepackaged muffin they still managed an abhorrent score on a recent health inspection.
Pros:Friendly and accommodating staff
Cons:I wanted the gym which is why I picked the hotel however while the pictures indicate that they still had a gym it was not available

Cons:Parking out back late in evening. Bit insecure feeling.

Cons:Breakfast was Spartan. Shower stream very weak.

Cons:Bed was broken. Had to move rooms with small children so we didn't get settled for over an hour after check in. No discount or help from employees.

Cons:Hotel has paper thin walls and TV from adjacent room was highly audible until 0530.

Cons:the sheets were dirty on arriving and they had no replacement had to go get towels every day and on our last night they didn't even turn down our room at all
Pros:I have always stayed at this hotel once to twice a year (3 to 6 days each year). I use to love my stays until a couple of years back, around the time the new ownership took place. I even bragged on how pleasant my past stays were. Now the hallways and front lobby is hot and stuffy. The towels and wash cloths have obvious yellow and black stains. The toilet and tube has stains and streaks. The maids did not empty the trash cans, did not leave toilet paper, did not leave shampoo and bath soap. This last visit was my stay until they improve. Also the shower curtain was mounted too close to the tube and by it being so cheap it would just draw into my body once the water was turned on.
Cons:Front desk staff and Frosted Flakes as part of the breakfast menu.
Pros:The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.
Cons:No coffee maker in the room.
Cons:They didn't refill our toilet paper.
