Cleanliness of public spaces. Light fixture over bed did not work. Surly staff.
initially I was placed in a room that was under renovation. Assuming the worst of the hotel I had decided to check out and go to another hotel, but when speaking to the clerk she changed my room and apologized, the new room was satisfactory and clean. it
It had a Waffle House and Bojangles nearby to eat breakfast.
The staff was a bit incompetent at the check-in desk, the non-smoking room I reserved was a smoking room & within 5 minutes of walking into the room,I killed 3 bugs.We were afraid to walk around the room without shoes due to filthy carpet. No channel guide
The kitchen was great. We liked the table and recliner in the room. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Wanted a double and to be on the 1st floor.
They have a dedicated staff, even when is not a 5 star hotel its very clean, well equipped and close to conveniences stores, banks, fast food restaurants, and the highway. A nice place to stay
Nothing, I wish I had stayed in this hotel a couple of weeks ago much better price
The couple in the room next door fought loudly all night and had a screaming baby.we checked in at 10:30 at night to get some rest from our road trip from South Carolina to Branson Missouri and we would've been better off just continuing to drive
Bed spread was paltry. And no sheer on the window. It was either keep the curtain closed and darken the room or let everyone see what you are doing.
Location was close to interstate and easy to access.
The rooms felt cheaper than expected. Limited amenities and poor quality television compared with other 2 star hotels.
It was a safe place to get off of bad roads for the night.
location difficult to access. room full of discarded furniture from ESA renovations. only stair access.
good location 2 minutes from the grocery store
not enough TV channels to watch
Horrible Dish Network. You have about 15 channels and not all the locals.
Dirty, smelly and uncomfortable individual very small beds, they call it an upgrade and they also charge an additional daily fee for it.
Location was a nightmare to get to. Queen bed was not a queen. It was a double. Hotel was definetly a 1 star and not a 2 star.
Close to interstate, retail stores and restaurants.
Entry from the main street was hard to find at night.
Roaches! Front desk clerk, was rude!
The price, location and the staff.
Beware, if you ask for two beds they are twin beds! And no ice machine.
Close to business
The room were not clean. Lot of bugs n flies around
last turn & roundabout hard to see at nite in the rain... after several times around very pleased with warm greeting & very clean comfy room!
There was dog poop outside of the room and there was a wedge of wood underneath the sink in a whole
Great room and amenities for the price.
Loved the hotel!
I like Crossland because of the kitchenette.
The quality of the suite is degrading. Could not close curtains without pinning them together and the molding in the bathroom was peeling. Maintenance on the air conditioner was performed without prior warning causing inconvenience.
Room smelled like smoke, but was a nonsmoking room. We left the hotel and stayed somewhere else, unable to get a refund due to Priceline policy.
Arrived at 10pm. Reservation clearly stated non-smoking room. Given a room with 3 ashtrays, which smelled like someone smoked a whole carton of Marlboros at once. The young lady at the office stated, 'Our policy is to guarantee a room, but we don't guarantee which type of room, and we don't have any non-smoking rooms left.' A little smoke may have been tolerable, but this room reeked. Had to call travel agency to cancel, and find another room on our own, as there were no other rooms available in the immediate area. A customer service experience that I won't repeat.
clean, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a very pleasant experience.
