Pros:Love this place! Second hotel in from the Zion entrance so once you are parked, rarely used the car. Convenient walking to restaurants, park, etc. Great staff, beautiful grounds and facilities.
Cons:They were under construction while we were there, so not as spotless as usual but great place nonetheless.

Pros:Cabin lodge was amazing. The location was perfect. Rooms are perfect. Everything is there, never even had to get back in our car after arriving.

Pros:- Location is excellent, as close as you can get to the park entrance as possible, and with a grocery store, restaurant, and gear shop in the same plaza. - Staff was friendly and accommodating upon check-in, the woman who checked us in also provided a map of Springdale and recommendations for restaurants. - Good parking, and we found the laundry facilities lovely after a few days of sweaty, muddy hiking. - Room included a small fridge - We did not make use of the pool and hot tub, but looked well-kept
Cons:Walls are a little thin. We stayed on the ground floor, and we could hear what we assumed to be a child running back and forth above us until about midnight, and an infant crying. Felt for the parents so we did not complain, but was still not conducive to comfort or peace. Also must note that I was regarded with suspicion and/or ignored/passed over to help other people when we went back into the lobby to fill water bottles and to check out. Not sure why.

Cons:That the main part of Zion national Park is becoming overcrowded. So obviously giving a good review only is it going to make it worse. Great for all local businesses, horrible for visitors .
