The location was good. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good
WiFi was down that day
Great location, great price, very clean
Nothing to changeI felt that this was a very economical choice in the Zion area. The hotel is in a central location, is very clean, and is as much as 1/3 the cost of nearby hotels.
The free breakfast in the morning and the lady who set it up was the only person at this hotel that could help anyone in a positive way.
The jacuzzi in the room did not work. The hotel neglected to tell me this even though they should have known. They should have lowered the price. I paid for something that I did not receive. The coffee maker did not work and air conditioner was to loud.No one at this hotel could help me with the jacuzzi not working and that was one of the reasons I wanted this room for my two day stay in Zion park. I was going to be hiking in the park for two days and I knew I would be tired and my legs and feet would be sore. The jacuzzi would have helped to relieve some of that pain. This hotel was not ready for the summer traffic on the first big weekend of the season. Because Priceline had already paid for the room the hotel would do nothing for me to fix the inconveniences. The staff of the hotel was for the most part incomp...
Great breakfast. Free Springdale shuttle stop directly in front of hotel.Price is a little high for the star level but getting to stay in Springdale was worth a little extra. Accessibility into Zion National Park was easy from this location.
everything was adequate. Motel is a single story, no stairs. Park in front of room. Great continental breakfast.
Motel is on the far end of the strip but shuttle bus picks you up across the street and it's only a short ride to the strip center and visitor center. Pool is not heated so don't plan on using it in april
Very well maintained room that had microwave+fridge and was very spacious as well.
It was not a walking distance to the restaurants in Springdale, but it was a very close driving and there were no problems with parking by the restaurants when we were there.Pros: - very close to the Zion NP entrance - compared to other town that is about 20-30 min away, so you definitely have the chance to beat the traffic to Zion - or ride the Springdale shuttle right from the hotel basically. - very well maintained room that had microwave+fridge and was very spacious as well. - pretty good breakfast - helpful and friendly staff - motel-style easiness access to the room (you put your bags right from the trunk of you car basically) - wireless internet included. Minus: - XXX-XXX per night (in Hurricane the hotels cost about 100 less)
NoBest get away place for anyone who loves hiking
