Not a suite. We travel with 2 dogs. A previous dog urine stain not cleaned up as we walked in. Dated room furnishings. Light upon entry to room did not work. Packaged sheets and blankets for pull out had a roach in the flat sheet when opened. Did not have hot water first afternoon. Door had to be slammed to close it. Handicapped parking close to back entrance, but back entrance did not have any weather protection, and the door key machine worked half the time; did not work at all during downpours. After getting soaked with disabled wife, advised by front desk staff that key devices works sometimes. Room located next to stair well and pool. Screaming kids in the pool, and elephants going up and down the stairs at all hours. Did not do breakfast; if roaches in the linens, not interested in how the food is prepped. Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Pros:Beds are very comfortable! Room exceptionally clean, and every single one of the staff members were so incredibly kind and friendly! We were treated like queens!
Cons:Said it had been remodeled but yet our bed was broke down and very uncomfortable, we always stay there because it was comfy Beds and we can have our dog with us.Were not sure we will stay again not at those prices.
