Cheap rates and good location
bathroom space and the tub needs to be re-done its disgusting.
Their restaurant was closed.
Route 66 decor and exhibits.
Restaurant has been closed. Room electrical aggravating - getting in bed causes lights to flicker, no outlets for laptop and phone charger (had to buy an extension cord). Pop machines out of order.
The air conditioner in our room was leaking water on the floor. We told them at the front desk and they quickly gave us another room. Very good service.
It was very quiet and close to various restaurants. It had great on-site entertainment.
It could use a little upgrading. There is a difference in being nostalgic and just old.
Outdoor Pool was old fashion 9 foot section & 3 foot section.
Since it was the off season, there was comedy club to visit. Towels were a little crusty in the rooms.
they closed the bar at 10pm. The hours on the wall indicated they were open til 3am
The room was cold i had to hunt down a person to register me. One face towl i had. Ask for another one
good location, comfortable beds
not much happening on a sunday night
The room was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the hot tub! The water temp was perfect!
They were not flexible with check in times at all. We went for a wedding that started at 3, they would not allow us to check in early at all.
Nice rooms and great museum
It was nice
Very clean and the woman at the front desk was very nice and courteous.
There was no internet during my stay and no one knew how to reset the system to get it working. It was frustrating to be told there is free wifi and then have no internet access.
the hot tub, the pillows on the bed, and size of the room was good. but everything else was just bad for business.
TV shows badly, holes in the curtains, cool air coming from under both doors to the room.the walls are make of glass so can hear everything in the hall and the fridge needs cleaning out. the chairs and lamps are broken in Room 170. you can smell the smoke.
The restaurant and museum items
The room had a musty smell
I don't know where to begin, when we first arrived I instantly had that Erie feeling about the activity going on in the parking lot and the surrounding area! I felt unsafe! Will NEVER go back or recommend!!!!
Staff was somewhat unfriendly and disorganized. I was charged a different rate than quoted thru Priceline.
The staff was pretty helpful when my reservation wasn't in their system.
No close door to the inside from the outside... had to walk in from the front everytime. My room was in the back of the hotel. Not a big deal just could use some card entry points.
Historic, interesting concept (converting a motel into a hotel with enclosed corridors), great restaurant, great decor.
