The staff were all very friendly!
The indoor pool was so cold it couldn't be used because the heater was broken, the heater in the room did not work correct, the light switch in the room would only turn the light off if you pushed in on it, and the toilet did not flush. The room was clean, but very dated, worn, and junk. Will not be staying at another Days Inn hotel.
Continental breakfast, cheap price, & friendly staff at check in
Beds are very hard; the rooms are not well insulated and loud; very outdatedHotel in serious need of renovations. The public areas are put together piece meal with excessive use of lattice as fences/borders. Everything is old and worn. The positives are that it's cheap if you just need somewhere safe to stay. It also has a basic continental breakfast.
Even though we didn't use it, the pool was the largest we had ever seen at a hotel, so that was nice.
The rooms were a little shabby, but we didn't expect much different with the star rating.Too high priced.
I have stayed in that motel over night several times since 1970. It was a Holiday Inn wen I began to stay there. The main thing I like is the loc ation close to the int erstate.
HVAC was too noisy.
The kids area is great. The games and playground were a great distraction for them so they weren't in the pool the entire time. The pool was large and very nice. The pool was warm, but the temp outside of the pool was pretty cold.
Our room was very very dated with an outdoor entrance which made it cold to go from the pool to the room. There were spiders and ants in our room. The beds were ROCK hard. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were also flat as a board. We ended up switching rooms for our second night because we kept finding spiders and ants everywhere. We couldn't leave a piece of paper out without ants attacking it. We payed to move to a bigger room inside the hotel so we didn't have to walk outside to get from the pool to the room. It was too cold for that. The rooms are small with less than attractive bathrooms unless you get a suite. You also do not get a fridge. If you have an exterior room you also hear a lot of outside n...
The play area. Our 16-month grandson loved it!
It needs a hot tub.
Looks like remodeling as it has a lot of partially finished stuff. The pool was an outside pool they just enclosed and poured more cement on top of to make it In closed. Very loud and not taken care of when we complained about our neighbors having a party
The location was central to everywhere we were going.
The first room we were in I called the front desk and had us moved to a different room. The air conditioner made a horrible rattle and the carpet around the night stand was wet. The front desk clerk, Luke was more than accomodating in moving us..thank youI was definitely expecting more for what I paid for. The lobby seemed to be remodeled but the rooms were a little less than to be desired. I was very happy with the location. I did not expect to have to ask for a different room. Also, we checked in after 4, as is stated the check in time and our room was not done being cleaned yet. Not sure the purpose of a check in time if the rooms are not going to be ready by said time.
Everything was horrible!!! Nasty rooms, ignorant front desk, freezing pool, gross stains on bathroom doors, hair on ice bucket, bug in coffee machine, cups were nasty, stairs going up to our room had holes(very dangerous!!!!!!!) sogross!!! DO NOT STAY!!!!Worst hotel ever!!!! Would never go back!!!! So nasty and gross and dirty!!! DO NOT STAY!!! Pool freezing and smells like a swamp. Very very dirty rooms. Air conditioner very loud and clicks off so loud through out the nite. Stairs going to from are broken and have holes...very dangerous!!!!
