Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! The Four Season’s St. Louis was GREAT. The service, from front desk, room service, turn-down service, shoe shine, spa & gym were simply wonderful. Internet was included in my rate, the attached parking garage is very convenient. Not that I’m a gambler but the adjacent casino is a nice plus. If you want luxury this is the place to be! The accommodations were spacious and well appointed. The TV in the bathroom mirror was fabulous, the bath tub and ran shower were luxury exemplified! I LOVED my stay here.
From the moment we arrived we were given excellent treatment. We loved our stay and should we venture back to St. Louis, we will most definitely stay at The Four Seasons.
The entire staff made us feel like we were in our own home. The valet personnel were attentive; the front desk automatically upgraded our room without our request; the maids left extra towels, the rooms were fabulous with a view of the arch, the food was delicious (although a bit pricey) but the economic room rate made up for the difference. I have always stayed at the Ritz when I visit St Louis. The Four Seasons is now my place, hands down. Thank you for the positive experience!!!
excellent hotel would stay again thought internet and car parking should be included in room rate 28 dollars to valet park or 18 to self park each day bit steep on our first night we choose to self park was given directions by hotel staff where to park when we went car park was full thought this was bad lack of communication and also choice to self park was not available had to valet park and also think internet should be free as paying a decent room rate price to start with all that said was beautiful hotel and staff exceptional kelli on reception was ace helped us sort out prob with airline regarding our return flights. thank you kelli
We could not say enough things about how wonderfully we were treated. The room was immaculate, the food was excellent and served with such professionalism . Every staff member greeted us with a smile and 'how's your stay?'. It was truly a wonderful experience and we will go back and highly recommend (and already have) to friends and strangers.
The staff was very friendly! The items they had in the room for my granddaughter were enjoyed by all! We also enjoyed walking to the Arch.
no coffee pot in the room unless you request one to be brought up no place to grab a light snack except the main lounge area no airport shuttle - scary for a single woman no decaf coffee when I DRESSED and went down for a cup in the a.m. - luckily the restr. mgr. got one for me - it was not hot. no wi-fi in your room unless you pay an extra $* - are you kidding! front desk couldn't manage to change my reservation at the Arch for me. although it took only the confirmation # (which I provided the desk) to ultimately change the reservation. reason for change..I was trying to enjoy and not rush my dinner in 4 seasons dining room. ulitmately, I did it myself. room was lovely and view was lovely .... nothing screamed hi-class service!!!!!!
Everything from check-in was extraordinary. Friendly staff and unequaled service throughout our stay. Best hotel stay we've had and we stayed at Intercontinental, Atlantis, Hyatt's, Hilton's and Radisson and there is no comparison with the Four Seasons.

Easily the finest hotel in Louis. The rooftop pool & lounge somehow transform the Arch & the Mississippi into a riverside resort. All of this is connected to a casino and the stadium. It's like a quick trip to a high end hotel in Vegas.
