Everyone was so friendly and helpful!
Clean, quiet and great free coffee! The room had nice beds, microwave, fridge ...
Cleanliness, Staff, Comfortable Beds. Although we didn't spend much time in the room because we were there for orientation at Penn State, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is spotless! We will definitely book here again!
Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Room was nice although the water pressure in the showder was weak. Staff very helpful. Only complaint was that they charge for breakfast! I usually stay at Hampton Inns and will continue to do so since their breakfasts are included in the room price. One special note about the staff. My wife left a sweater and they sent it to her within two days. Great service.
Housekeeper was responsive to our requests for more pillows and towels throughout our 3-night stay. Restaurant staff were attentive and food (breakfast) was delicious!
Beds were too soft. Directions for using air conditioner were complicated. Night manager on 2nd night failed to call fire department when building alarms sounded. No direct connection between hotel and local fire department MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD!!!!
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Clean & convenient to our family
THE RESTAURANT AND BAR HOURS WERE TO SHORT. tHE BAR CLOSED AT 9:00 PM
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room
The room we had, #109, was right next to both the laundry and the elevator. Someone put what sounded like combat boots in the laundry at 1045pm, and the elevator started running at 530 am. I would have expected a little more soundproofing in the room.
I loved everything about the hotel, but was surprised by the front desk female. Upon arrival, she was on the phone for awhile before acknowledging us and her attaire was a black sweatshirt with the word 'PINK' on the front.
The room suited our needs for a weekend stay. Was surprised to see only one bed in the room, so we had to use the pull out sofa. The bathroom was small and there was no fan so it got very steamy. Would have also liked to have creamer in the room for the coffee. However, the room was clean and fresh, and there was a microwave and refridgerator. Was also a great location.
Everything was great! The check in process was easy.
I had stayed for 5 weeks in 2007 (1 per month for 5 months starting in Jan) for executive education on PSU campus. The manager and staff - especially at the front desk - were awesome. Always met my demands. Only drawback is that the fitness room is small - would like to see it expanded in future. Otherwise, very clean, internet friendly, and exceptional customer service was evident. The restaurant was also excellent in food and prices. Your best bet in value with the Hilton brand name backing it up!
Excellent place to stay, especially for Penn State games...great proximity to the stadium.
i would like to see more rooms avaible when i try to come up to penn state football games
