The view of the mountainside was great from out deck, it was a spacious room, lots of options for ambient lighting, and it had a sweet little gas fireplace!Really close proximity to Stateline- Less than 3 minutes. Had a great view, the lobby area had lots of cool things like a pool table, food to pick at, movies to check out, a timy library of books, and very friendly staff.
Central location to Heavenly ski resort and main strip of casinos
Toilet placement in bathroomExcellent , friendly service at front desk. Rose suggested a great room. Hotel is tucked away from main road and you don't get the noise and filthy air that you get when staying at a casino hotel. Room size is generous.
Quiet and secluded from bustle of Tahoe
Bathroom was small and dark, especially for a 4 person suite. The staff and warm, cozy lobby made up for any room issues. Location was perfect for our desire for peace and quiet. Only missing nicety would be an outside area that isn't a motor court making it undesirable for children. Free DVD loans were a plus. We couldn't find a coffee shop type restaurant so we asked for suggestions and the staff pointed us to a great place we could walk to that had excellent food.
Very clean spaciousnesso lovely decor
Expected either king bed or two queens per ad Pull out sofa did not have sheets/blankets and was uncomfortable We squeezed into queen bed W We did expect king bedGreat rooms/ location for a reasonable price
The hotel was great. The staff were friendly but they didn't have our reservation when we showed up.
Was very frustrating that our reservation was not there when we arrived and had to pay again only to find out the Priceline payment was also applied, therefore I was charged twice. Also, the 4 p.m. or later check-in time seems rather late.I would stay at the Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing again but I will not go through Priceline. However, they said it was Priceline's fault but it could have been on their end. I was unable to know for sure. They were very nice when I had to call back and request a reimbursement for the second payment we made, which was nice.
Our room was a suite and had a full kitchen. The location was great only a few min drive from main Lake Tahoe. The cookies at check-in and the free movie rental for the kids was great. Totally worth the price!!!!
The room was nicer and better than expected.
The extremely loud music playing in the lobby when I arrived was very off-putting.
Suites are perfect. The separate bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom accessible from bedroom and sitting room make this a perfect accommodation for families, vacationing couples, etc.
Incredible Rooms ! By far the very best room for the least amount of money I have ever stayed in !This place had it all from a private balcony with a beautiful view, seperate living\sleeping and silver ware in the drawers. Rooms are completely furnished
I do not like that the Hotel insist on entering room, even if you do not want service. I asked why, they say its a corparate thing, someone once died in a room at another property and since hotel staff did not enter, they did not find him for a few days.Top Notch rooms & service ! Very clean rooms ! Excellent prices ! (book direct with hotel)We cannot wait to go back !
