Reasonable rate; location for my needs.
There were children running out in the hallway; yelling/screaming; slamming doors until around 12:30 a.m. This began probably around 8:00 p.m. I called 2x to express me frustration and both times was told that it was being taken care of. It was not!Because of the inefficiency of the staff to control the noise I will not be staying at this location again. What has happened to common courtesy! (that is a rhetorical question!)
The large size of the room
The smell outside of the elevatorGood morning breakfast with hot eggs, sausage, and waffles.
Staff were cheerful and helpful
Sub-standard, awful condition of rooms and general hotel. Very questionable guests (I.E. prostitutes/drug dealers). Staff, while helpful, smoked in front of every entrance constantly. Do not be fooled by pictures or reviews, this hotel is unclean/unsafe.
Location to the GSU campus and ease to get to hotel. The price was great for the location and size of the room. Plus an actual hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the new Flat Screen TV is an added bonus.
This is an affordable College Campus Hotel, meaning it gets a great deal of use and has shown its wear and tear in main areas and furnishings. Batteries in remote were dead..I always bring a fresh pair with me, and then put the old ones back when I leave
Breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs and sausage included.
The side door security system did not work. Overall, the common areas were not well-kept.
This hotel was located in a very creepy neighborhood. Very dark with lots of closed businesses around. I was a single woman traveling alone and didn't even get out of the car to check in. Decided to check into a Marriott instead.I called Price Line today to complain that this hotel was not a 2.5 star by any means. They told me I couldn't get my money back because I didn't call the hotel the night I was supposed to check in. I don't think I wanted to stop and call the hotel to tell them that their facility was in a creepy location, the outside parking lot was very dark and there were questionable structures on all sides of the hotel. I didn't even want to leave the safety of my car let alone call and complain. I would strongly discourage advertising this hotel as anything but a low-end facility. Certainly not suitable for single women. I will definitely be using Kayak in the future to select my hotel and travel accommodations. I ...
Very close to university where we were visiting
Thought it was very dirty and dungy in the halls and in the room. Bathroom did not appear to be clean either.Asked to have this counted as a night towards earning my free night after 3 stays which I just stayed outside of Indianapolis, IN a month ago and the guy there signed me up but supposedly this lady could not find it and said she would keep working on it before checking me out I never did hear and surely hope it got done!
The location is perfect
Housekeeping was not great, the carpet was dirty
The staff were very nice and friendly. Ready to help with anything.
Needs a bit of a facelift. Looks a little 'tired'I would give this hotel a 3. Staff friendly, clean - good breakfast.
