The hotel is located close to the city centre in an expanding part of Stavanger facing one of the most charming parts of the city -A personal atmosphere characterises hotel and its facilities -Experienced host for conferences up to 280 people -20 minutes to the airport -All rates include breakfast unless otherwise noted
Friendly staff, reasonable comfort
Very poor sound proofing in windows, I could hear everything on the street. Very few tv stations. Breakfast quality of food was poor.
Car park: close to the hotel and not too expensive.
Room: it was certainly a luxuous hotel in the 70s, today it's just old and not that clean. WiFi: is an extra fee. Price: too high for such an hotel.
Good size room
Nowhere to eat in the evening. It is a 10-15 minute walk to town centre restauarnts
Reception staff pleasant, Room was clean and warm, shower / bathroom also clean and modern, buffet breakfast ok
No restaurant in the hotel for dinner, reserved a standard queen room but was given a single bed room. No cabled broadband in room - had to use cable in reception to gain internet access.
Room was disgusting. Cigarette burns on every surface, not clean, not been decorated for many years. Bathroom looked like it was out of the 70's and the door had hole kicked in it. I asked for a change of room which I would happily pay for, and was told they were completely full, although around 20 people checked in whilst I tried to book a different hotel. Avoid!!!!
