Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- studio w/ loft, 1 bedroom - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Mountain Resorts Office located at 2150 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID.
