The Inn At Stonington

The newly constructed Inn at Stonington, named as one of 'Travel and Leisures' Inn of the Month, offers individually decorated rooms with fireplaces and oversized soaking tubs with jacuzzi's. Most rooms enjoy spectacular views of beautiful Stonington harbor and Fisher's Island Sound. Public rooms include a top floor sitting room overlooking the harbor, an intimate bar for wine and cheese prior to dinner, an adjoining breakfast room and a cozy living room with fireplace. Throughout the Inn, the work of local artists are shown including nautical prints and original oil paintings. There are 5 delightful and acclaimed restaurants all within walking distance of the Inn. A 400' deepwater dock is available for our guest traveling by boat. Known for it's 17th and 18th century architecture and tasteful antique and specialty shops, the Borough of Stonington is also home to Connecticut's last surviving fishing fleet. Area attractions include Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Mohegan Sun and Foxwood Casinos, Jonathan Edwards Vineyards and Stonington Vineyards. Nearby Watch Hill, Rhode Island offers visitors some of New England's most beautiful beaches and is only a short drive from the Inn.
