Pros:Breakfast was mediocre at best. Easy check-out.
Cons:Dirty overall. Refrigerator door was open. Dirty towel on the floor of the bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Bed wasn't made well (comforter was a bit bunched up, and pillows not placed the same as the second bed). Comforter lining had stains. Beds were full beds, not queen as advertised. Public door was unlocked. A/C not very cold. Window wouldn't close all of the way. Cleaning service left door open in hallway to display all the comforters thrown about on the ground, including other items a dirty mess. Front desk didn't acknowledge me for at least 6 minutes, then she was unfriendly and didn't even make eye contact once. Front desk did not answer when called about wanting clean towels or to switch rooms. Drug deal in the parking lot. TV remote was sticky. Room smelled of smoke. (non-smoking room) Insisting on a reimbursement.
Pros:The staff were helpful and generally pleasant. Breakfast was pretty standard. The rooms are nice, relatively quiet, and up to date with a microwave and small refrigerator. The bed was comfy.
Cons:Nothing to dislike.
