Pros:Small but acceptable. Great staff interactions. Would stay again.
Cons:Parking spaces are tiny and could barely fit our minivan. Less than a foot in between cars. Everything else good.
Pros:The hotel was nice and clean. I think they have renovated recently. The location is perfect as the hotel is at the walking distance (10 min) to universal studio and citywalk.
Pros:The subway couldn't be more close. Dropped us off just a stone throws away from the hotel. Perfect location for walking to subway and universal studios. Yes, it was a complete dump. But we expected it and choose it for the price and location.
Cons:Towels were paper thin. Bring your own! Scary lady who offered us drugs and said she LIVED down the hall.

Cons:My room was so tiny it was difficult to walk in the room. They put me in a tiny room with a window...about 2X2 with the shade pulled down. When I raised the shade there was a block wall inches from the window. The TV was decrepid . (Old) No remote. The air conditioner was so high on a wall I had to stand on a chair (Broken down) to push button controls. Never do business with them or your "Site" again. And, I will warn friends and family about how your site misreprested this HOLE IN THE WALL !!
Pros:Pro: within walking distance to shuttle for Universal Studios and the bus/subway station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "Breakfast" consisted of donuts, coffee, and juice. Room was small, but it included AC that worked well, a TV, and a separate bathroom. Neighboring rooms were quiet. Free parking. Close to the freeway.
Cons:Con: the tiny room was probably 10 ft by 10 ft. The box spring loudly squeaked with any movement on the bed. We booked the room expecting a queen bed, but it was a full bed. Nothing like snuggling up really close. :-) Ice machine is in the office/front desk, so if the office is closed, you have to get the attention of the staff to let you in. Breakfast is also in the small office. AC is located high up on the wall, so we had to stand on a chair to change the settings.
Pros:Nothing about the Inn, but it was close to Universal Studios shuttle bus.
Cons:Rude staff, extremely small parking lot, hard bed. Uncomfortable & dissatisfied. Couldn't get my money back.
