Type of minivan (Toyota sienna with eighth seat option); comfort; customer service; friendliness of staffCons:
Car wasn't fully clean at pickup. Smelled like a smoker had rented previously. Was not informed of disabled auto side doors on van until midway through week long rental (turns out there is a recall that wasn't fixed yet-- would have been nice to know doors wouldn't work when signing off on rental). Key fob stoppped working midweek. Had to call roadside assistance to get car fixed.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
the car was not ready when promised and took a long time to prepare. The dashboard was smeared with grease. The gas tank was on empty and I had to get gas before I could even go home to pack the car...a ploy to get more gas in the tank at the end of the trip!!Easirent
