Clean, tidy and cosy.
No evening meals but a nice pub 2 minutes walk away.
The owners were friendly and the guest house was quiet and cosy. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty to choose from - full english to toast to just cereal. It was also within walking distance of a nice pub with lovely food and friendly staff, and close to the NEC.
It was near a busy road but didn't bother me too much as i was tired.
Very nice people, hard working and welcoming. Little touches like the home made jam at breakfast were appreciated. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, lovely linen sheets. Huge breakfast cooked with care and attention.
There is nothing that I did not like. I wasn't expecting a five star luxury hotel. For what it cost this was good value.
Friendly, nice room and lovely bathroom
A bit warm in the bedrooms and then I had a very thick duvet, which didn't make for the best nights sleep. Lovely and cosy for winter though!
It was a pleasant hotel with a comfortable bed
Room is clean, breakfast is good
Reception is non existent, non bedroom facilities odd and uninviting, no evening meal option and breakfast hours short and early
Me and My partner enjoyed our stay very much indeed, we had a very warm welcome and the room was very clean and tidy We could not fault it at all.
Convenient for the Belfry which was fully booked. We were offered a lift to the Belfry by the proprietor.
Shower in the bathroom was in the bath and under a sloping ceiling so couldn't stand up in it.
The staff were really friendly and the room was exceptionally clean.
Very considerate and helpful staff. Breakfast was generious, freshly cooked and a great start to the day.
The house number should not be put into a Sat Nav. Use the post code only and it get's you right to the door.
