It was located next to where my daughter lives.
It did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. It's a pretty old motel & needs to be upgraded to meet the needs of the customer...
Showing a little age (carpets and wall coverings). Thin walls
It was at the perfict location.
As far as the hotel, there was nothing I didn't like.I don't know if this is a Priceline issue, hotel issue, or staff issue, but I needed a room with two double beds and they had me down for a king. The staff informed me that they could not change my reservation but that I could call priceline and if they called the hotel it could be changed. I called Priceline and they called the hotel and were told by the staff that they still could not change the reservation. When travailing with two people it is not always a man and his wife. Sometimes it is two people that don't want to sleep with each other and require two beds. I have been told by other hotels that for a 10 dollar charge they would change my reservation. You better be willing to sleep in what ever sleeping arrangement they give you or you could end up being uncomfortable!!
Yes, the first room we were in had an apparent leak in the corner of the room as well as condensation dropping onto the floor. They refused to honor the hotel accommodations that was PRINTED on my receipt and insisted that I call Priceline to have them correct it, etc. So instead of the studio room w/ mini fridge and microwave as listed on my receipt- they put us in a king room that did not have the amenities listed. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone using Priceline b/c they will not honor your reservation.
The staff was very nice and accomodating.
The furnishings look a bit worn.A good deal for the price.
The best was plush and the pillows fluffy.
Some of the plastic on the cups has brown stains.I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and breakfast offered more than many other hotels.
No trash liners in the trash cans Towels where to thin! Was not rated properly.. The Marriott should be associated with hotel.. Worst hotel stay ever..
The atmosphere of welcoming all that enter the door. The staff is pleasant and helpful and resourceful when asked difficult questions. The front desk clerks are easy to find at the desk, unlike other visits with others locations in the last month
This hotel far exceeded any preconceived ideas or expectations I had even thought to consider.Hotel staff friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and this seems as it was done all day instead of one time in the am. Staff was familiar with area to give great directions and followed up by Map Quest printed directions. I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return in the future. I have emailed all my friends and colleges that travel to this area and suggested they stay with this hotel if anytime they are close to Atlanta.
Excellent location. Great access to everything. Awesome staff. Great staff. Kudo's to Geri and all the staff. Top notch Service.
Everything. I find this a better choice than the three* hotels I've been in. My stay was wonderful
