Campers and road trippers with their rigs also depend on us to provide spacious, comfortable accommodations while on epic adventures. We’re a pet friendly property, so feel free to bring your four-legged friends on your next vacation. A free, full hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi sweetens the deal at our Sweetwater hotel. Start each morning with endless buttery waffles and pastries. Fresh fruits, a selection of cereal and your favorite yogurts are also available. Complete the most important meal of the day with 100% Arabica coffee and cold juice. Then it might be off to the Wasps Museum or Sweetwater Municipal Golf Course for a day on the greens. Sweetwater Lake is another popular destination, especially during the summer months. Days on the water floating, swimming, boating or fishing can’t be beat. It’s the perfect place to cool off, but you can keep cool right in your spacious room, too. For guests who are here for work, there’s a business center and exercise facility on site to make your trip a little easier. Can we do anything more to make your trip complete? Simply ask, and we’ll go above and beyond to deliver. Book your BEST WESTERN PLUS Sweetwater Inn & Suites room today and save! Enjoy your stay.
The size. The staff is very helpful.
Walls are extremely thin, so no sound brier at all. And they put the guests with animals on top floor so you hear lots of noise above you all night.
clean good bed
Way over price for the location! The staff wasn't friendly. Had to wait and scream just to be able to check in. The breakfast was horrible and didn't even bother restocking at 8. I was told sorry once out that's it. I would never recommend this hotel
Easy location. Price
TV did not respond to remote sound.hair blower started smoking had to be unplugged
The location, the room, and the lobby areas were great.
The Minifridge does not have a freezer section. We needed them for our icepacks for road tripping across Texas.
Clean, clean, clean. Was lucky enough to get the Queen double handicapped room. Lots of room. Breakfast was great too!
Couldn't stay longer, wish we could have
The room was nice, large and well decorated. We were given a handicap room so it was huge! The breakfast was good. The pool was clean but in need of repair - just felt run down. Not what you usually see at a 3 star.
Being right off the interstate I know it is expected, but the road noise was bothersome and the gravel parking lot for trucks didn't give it much of a 3 star feel. The people walking around in the room upstairs was loud.
New and clean
Breakfast was not the most appealing but it was good enough. Seemed like they were trying to scrape by with as little costs as possible.
A lot of road noise in the room; elevator floor dirty
Staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us.
beds were a little to stiff for me but honestly nothing to complain about.
How large a handicapped room is. It was nice because we had a 7-month old with us & it gave us plenty of room for her pack & play & crawling around. The fridge in the room is a good size.
The elevator smelled like smoke & the breakfast was not good. There was no ice because all the oilfield workers & truckers load up their coolers & ice chests.
Location, size of room, cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast
Everything was good except the beds
The bed was to high and so soft I had to learn how to get in and out of it. It was the worst sleeping experience I had on the 7 day trip. Since the bed was the most important thing I felt that my money was poorly spent.
Everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful!
Nothing at all! Everything was perfect.
It was mostly a good stay. Other than two fairly minor inconveniences, the room was great.
The coffee pot in our room was missing a part, and the toilet didn't flush without having to hold down the handle. I was quite disappointed with the attitude shown by the employee managing breakfast. She made us feel unwelcome.
Easy to find.
Pet's allowed in rooms thus dogs barking in the morning. Halls and rooms not very clean. Breakfast was ok. A used bottle of lotion was left in place instead of replacing with a new bottle. Two large bugs in bathroom.
I had to wait a few minutes to check in so the clerk upgraded our room without me asking! The staff was very friendly!
It was a little musty smelling.
Being right on the interstate, the location was great. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and attractive. The breakfast was better than expected.
Convenient location, safety of only access to individual rooms is thru main entryways. Continental breakfast available & full of variety, good location for eating breakfast.
Barely enough time to eat breakfast if the buffet closes at 9:00 or 9:30 (hard for guests who arrive later at night), it should at least be open until check-out time (11:00 or 11:30).
