The Japanese food was good, but a better or larger selection of English food would have been good. Internet connection was very good.
The delay waiting to order dinner, at one time they weren't going to a table for dinner at all during the evening. No one said on check in that I would need to book for dinner. Room was very bland. Room was very small the bathroom I think was nearly bigger, positioning of toilet ware is perculiar.
The location and surroundings were perfect.I also work for a Japenese company, and will be recommending to my Board Of Directors if ever they require accomodation in the area.
Restaurant was rather bland mainly due to the decor ,and layout made it not not terribly warming, however loved Japanese menu.
The area was nice
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were all friendly and professional from the time we arrived to when we departed. Advise was freely given about the local walks around the area (which were clearly marked) and places to visit. Because we prefer the peace and tranquility it was perfect. Everyone we met on our long walks were helpful and stopped to chat especially about the numerous birds in song and flight. we stopped at the Jolly Tar and was trusted to finish off our drinks whilst they closed up - stay as long as you like (we were outside soaking up the sun). The japanese food was a different experience - the advise from the staff was helpful
