Location--close to Central Station.
The bed was really uncomfortable. I hadn't slept in nearly 24 hours, and I could barely sleep on this bed. The rest of the room served its purpose moderately well, but was in desperate need of a bit of color/an upgrade.
The price was very reasonable and the facility was really good. The location was perfect. It was located in the main street, Gorge St, and it was really convenient. As it is located in the center of the city, there are so many shops around this hotel and I could go and have meals easily.
Fantastic location, 2 minute walk from Central Station, it was good value for money, in essence, the hotel did what it said on the tin. Room was smaller than I would have liked but for the price, I can't complain too much!
No complementary bottle of water for guest
location, to shops/railway station, and efficient reception, courtesy from staff good value for money, for an overnight stay before flying out
not to keen on having $50 frozen on our bankcard account
The walls were very thin. I could hear other people's t.v.'s, talking on their phones etc. I even had the extraordinary experience of sitting up in bed watching tv and getting a massive bump in the head from the people in the next room hitting the wall. I was pushed forward like when you stop suddenly in traffic! Certainly a first for me!
Very convenient to central station and for the free bus to Circular Quay
Tiles in shower need good scrub, carpet dirty. workmen started renovations at 7am in room next door and woke us up.upon mentioning this to reception at checkout, the person at checkout didn't seem to care
Excellent. Strongly recommended !
all roung good budget accomodation with neat clean facilities with helpful staff. Close to rail transport a nd walking distance to cbd
Basically, the only good thing about it is that it's in the city centre.
It's expensive, ugly, uncomfortable, low quality service and food.
