There was a pool and Jacuzzi.
Nothing to reply
Staff was incredibly friendly and professional, rooms were very clean, good food and drinks, awesome downtown location.
Nothing, stayed here twice now and will continue to every time I'm in Tacoma.
Accomodations were ver comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.
The hotel was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs.
Our room looked as though it was too small for the king bed. The headboard wall had been extended to accommodate this.Parking was over and above the cost of the room.
provided what we needed
too much chlorine on the sheets, very slow car retrieval..
The bed, bedding and pillows were so so comfortable.
Coffe at the coffee shop was BAD. I ordered a drip. Supposedly Starbucks. No offense Folgers, but it tasted like Folgers.
The room was great - very quiet and clean.
The breakfast place was just heated up egg sandwiches in the microwave, so wish there was another choice for a sit-down, waited-on meal. The espresso (even though Starbuck's) was not great.
Great location; friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice rooms.
The room was very clean and I loved the decor. It was very different and not harsh lighting like most hotels. The bed was very comfortable with feather blankets and pillows. Very posh!
They advertised having a restaurant but it was only an elaborated Starbucks. They did have food but the prices were ridiculously high. No room service either.
Nice and clean
I ordered a room with two beds got a room with only one bed and there were four of us I went to change rooms they were all booked up we had to sleep on couch and roll away bed and we had to go back down stairs because they forgotten rollaway. Not cool!
The hotel was nice and in a great location.
However, the fire alarms went of for several minutes in the hotel at 6 am and woke my whole family up. The staff told me it was caused by steam from someone's shower. That was a very unpleasant experience.
The bed and bathroom were great. The refrigerator wad ridiculously small so I had to by small amounts of food causing me to use more fuel which was of course more money.
Location and the amenities. Being stuck in downtown Tacoma was was extremely expensive. Being in a room with no kitchen, as I needed one, caused me to spend far more than I would ever have intended. I begged for another another facility and was declined.
Convenient to downtown museums
Expensive for what it was worth. Esp haven to pay$10 for self parking
The Tacoma Mariot is pretty standard with the other Mariots
I didn't love the area, 8pm & none of the local restaurants were open-had to get back on the highway to go eat No Breakfast included. parking was addtl $10 to park outside across the street or $14 valet to park your car outside across the street.
Lobby was visually appealing, close to downtown attractions
There was no complimentary breakfast. This was one of my selection criteria. Makes morning meetings much easier to not have to go out to eat.
Nice room with king-sized bed.
Poor customer service, not courteous in answering questions about upgrades, breakfast.
The room was alright.
I had to pay for parking and had to walk a few blocks to where the parking was
The location of the hotel and cleanliness of the room
It was under construction and we were not told prior to booking. Also there is a cost for self parking that we were not told about but just showed up on the bill!!
This is by far the worst experience ever. Wouldn't work anything out didn't listen to my needs and only worried about making the next dollar..
Everything I hated there's nothing good I can say about that hotel don't stay run for ur life.
The restraunt and pool
Room next door smoked cigarettes and it seeped into our room, no pets, and poor internet service.
Room was clean. Bedding nice. Pillows too big.
The music from the lounge was so loud my family could not sleep. When I called the front desk they said they could not help it and we could not move to another room. No free breakfast.
Nothing good here at all
Was not a correct rating this is a 1 star motel
No complimentary breakfast. Room smelled heavily of old English furniture polish. Had to pay for parking 2 cars (not listed on Priceline page. Parking close but not totally convenient.
Unfortunately the hotel had a computer glitch and I could not check in early, which otherwise the staff at the front desk said I could do, so I sat in the lobby for 4 hours. Normally not a big deal but I had just worked the night shift and had not slept.
We stayed for 4 nights without any problems at all. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A breakfast buffet was available for about $12--maybe a little pricey but delicious. Our room was fine; nice size, clean, plenty of towels. We did not have a car to have to park so can't comment on the valet service (no onsite parking). Only negative I can think of is the street noise but that did not last long into the night.
The hotel was close to the artistic glass display and museum. The service was very good and the room was nice.
This hotel was beautiful and I think an excellent deal for the price. Our room was nicely designed, and the staff was excellent and prepared to bend over backwards to assist you. My wife and I stayed there because she was having a convention at the Tacoma Convention Center, which really is just across the street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and there are plenty of places to go that are well within walking distance. Like Old Spaghetti Factory (less than a block away), The Swiss (one block away), and The Harmon (about 3 blocks away).
After traveling since 3am EST I arrived in Tacoma at 7pm PST to find that my reservation was cancelled due to a room out of order! I had no earlier notification of this. I was told there was no other rooms available in the hotel. I am positive that people made reservations after mine and I do not understand how it is fair that I had my reservations cancelled other than because I was traveling alone and I am female. I was told by the manager that people 'stayed over' - how can this be accepted when people have made reservations for the room?? This was completely unprofessional and I was too exhausted to argue with them and left. My experience at the Hotel Murano was very bad. I will not go back to either hotel and I am reporting the incident to my company's Travel department.
We enjoyed the downtown vistas from our top floor room. Friendly staff. The room service from the Pacific Grill was excellent. Easy walking distance to the museums. Also enjoyed the local brews at Harmon's Pub!
Nice. Breakfast & parking not included but fine. Go for the valet parking, just a couple bucks more & convenient. Walking to some restaurants and museums - don't miss the glass bridge / museums.
BRAND NEW HOTEL ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND VERY CLEAN GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF GOING TO TACOMA DOME
