Comfortable beds and convenient location. Close to restaurants.
Door didn't lock easily. Had to really watch that.Excellent location and close to many restaurants. Pet friendly. Beds are comfortable - soft without being too soft. Good value for the price.
The front desk help was great! They even helped me to find a little place to eat; I try to avoid major chains when I travel and they helped me accomplish that.
Not really anything to add here. The hotel was very nice. The pillows were fluffy and everything was very clean. I'd stay here again if I traveled back to Tallahassee.
The location to FSU
I found a water bug in the room; disappointed. I also felt the room was dated.
Yvette at the front desk was very helpful in sorting out all of our issues the second day of our stay.
I had been charged through Priceline, but got charged again once I checked in. Then I called a week before to get a first floor room next to the dog walk, I received a 4th floor room. Disappointing. The room was not as shown in pics and bathroom smelled.
The rooms are dated and in disrepair, ie: the front door that opens to the parking lot was difficult to close. The walkway in front of the rooms was dirty and needed cleaning and just general up keep. You could definitely tell you where in a college tow
Do not stay here.Do not stay here. This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The rooms were dirty, the hotel was dirty and the staff was rude. We were in town for homecoming weekend and all hotels were sold out so our only choice was to stay here or sleep in the car. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel even if it is the only option that you have. The staff is rude and the hotel is a dump. Upon checkout MGMT offered to refund us xxx. But we paid a ridiculous fee of xxx per night because the entire area was sold out. I told them to keep the xxx, I am complaing to corporate.
Very clean, good location, and friendly staff.
Wish they would of had a mini fridge. With that it would have be a perfect 10This is a really nice motel and deserves better than a 2 star rating. I found no problems with it but would like to of had a mini fridge as I was traveling due to hospital stay.
friendly staff. pool was great.
mold in the bathroom
Breakfast was great and the room was really clean
Parking was congestedI highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for something economical but clean!
My room was right by the lovely pool. The view of it was great. But it stayes open too late. There were some screaming children in it til after 10:00.At first I thought it was a screaming baby.It was that constant and parent was there!Someone knocked on my door after I was settled in for the night.I thought it might be the desk clerk so I started to answer it.Something told me to be cautious and check first.I looked out of the window and a young black man was knocking on my door.An old lady by herself is entitled to profile so I didn't answer and he went away. This is just a suggestion...There were two people at the front desk...Maybe instead of two desk people you could have a desk clerk and a security guard at least at night to walk around the complex. That would have taken care of both of the problems I experienced. Thanks...
