Staff was very helpful
Not carzy about $30 per night parking then feeling you have to tip everytime they get your vehicle.
The staff were dedicated to making this a getaway to remember
Wish we could have stayed longer is all.
This hotel location is great for skiing hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only downside to this location is that the town of jacksonhole is 15miles away and a taxi is 35 one way from the airport and to the hotel is 60 one way and 90 one way if the hotel picks u up this is ridiculous. The taxi drivers were also rude and a complete downer's playing loud music passing cars on a two lane road at a high rate of speed hey I'm on vacation and i left LA to get away from this kinda of driving and I'm paying you to drive like this and tell me along the way how its a bad time of the year to travel to Wyoming wow thanks for the positive feed back. So my husband and i figured out how to avoid all this book a rental car at dollar car rental or thrifty before you arrive call directly to the car rental place and book over the phone before you arrive they will have a shuttle pick you up at the airport and the same shuttle will take you back we rented a Toyota Corolla for 39.95 per day do not park over night at hotel park in lower lot next to hotel it's free if not the hotel charges 30 per night you can park at the hotel during the day for free. This way you can spend all your money on great restaurants in town nightly and it won't cost you 70 per night to go to dinner, the restaurant at the hotel is great as well however they have amazing restaurants in town and live bands every night in town. I love luxury hotels but I don't like being taken advantage of because I'm a tourist!
Awesome! Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, clean resort. Can't say enough good things! Will be going back soon.
Excellent staff and amenities. The resort is beautiful and the Grand Tetons always have great snow. The resort caters to everything you expect from a five star resort. We go over Valentines day and have never been disappointed. Just made our annual reservations.. Enjoy:)
Granted this is a Four Seasons but the service and quality was beyond the expected. Will be staying here again in the future. Very close to everything in the village.
A first class place....awesome and perfect!
