This hotel will never again be graced with my presence. After my late evening arrival, I was placed in a room with no trash can. Hole in the wall behind the door, writing on the framed picture on the wall and a wet floor from the air conditioning unit. I was accommodated by being given another room, which I appreciated but similar condition. But the topper was this, my stay was August 22-24, at the height of summer. With this said, I was told the ice machine was broken and wouldn't be repaired until Monday - the day I was checking out. That was the whipped cream, now for the cherry on top: opinion checkout I asked for my receipt only to be given a printout that was barely legible due to a failing ink cartridge. Avoid this Ramada in Texarkana, AR. I'll be slow to recommend any Ramada for that matter.
Disgusting. Inside of the ice bowl, that normally has a lid on it, was covered in what appeared to be old BBQ. Sprinkler heads were covered with toilet paper and taped up. Toilet paper holder had pubes on it, it looked like someone intentionally sabotaged the room before we got there. In the back of the coffee maker, where the water goes, just a random cord shoved in there.
So much more, I wish I could post pictures. I will never even consider another ramada
Clean and comfortable room. (this time) great value.
